TRAPPERS LAKE LODGE PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURE proudly hosted by Cowgirls with Cameras!
2023 was a huge success thanks to Kaysyn Krystal Photography!!!
September 29 – October 2, 2024 Meeker, Colorado
Photography Adventure hosted by Cowgirls with Cameras
Cara, Kim and Phyllis are your retreat leaders.
There are few things in the world that rival Colorado’s beauty in autumn. This photography adventure meets that fall color in the middle of the Flat Iron wilderness for some spectacular scenery and new shooting opportunities. Our host for this adventure is Trapper’s Lake Lodge, located about 40 miles outside Meeker, Colorado. Our guide Kaysyn, an accomplished photographer in her own right, has set us up ranch/equine shoots at local ranches as well as in the wilderness around the Lodge itself. This event will be light on the educational opportunities but heavy on the shooting opportunities.
Lodging is provided by the Lodge and included in the price. You can expect to share a room unless you arrange otherwise in advance. Rooms are comfortable but there is no in-room bathroom. We will share the bath house onsite and located very close to our cabins. Please note, you will be at 9600 elevation and at a location served by GENERATOR. There is no internet access and there is a dark time (no electricity) between 9 pm and 7 am.

What clients are saying about the Trappers Lake Lodge Adventure:
Kim, Phyllis and Cara put on such a great retreat based out of Trapper’s Lake Lodge. Kaysyn organized amazing photoshoots at gorgeous ranches in the area, with really authentic models and beautiful horses. The timing of the retreat was perfectly aligned with the stunning yellow aspen trees. I’m really happy with the photographs I made with Cowgirls with Cameras. Highly recommend!! K. Binder
